I provide individual psychotherapy sessions to address a range of mental health concerns including life transitions, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, LGBTQIA+ issues, and relationship issues.
ABOUT ME
Psychotherapist Focused on Your Needs
Ashlyn is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Massachusetts and they are licensed as a telehealth therapist in the state of Florida. They work with adults and believe that taking an eclectic approach can help foster a greater sense of awareness and allow you to feel more connected in your mind, body, and personal relationships. They bring transparency, authenticity, creative problem-solving, and humor to the therapeutic relationship. They utilize person-centered, strengths-based, expressive arts therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy approaches to help support individuals with developing strategies to think holistically about their perspectives and behaviors, develop healthy personal relationships, and move toward their individualized treatment goals.
Insurance and Payment
I am currently credentialed with Aetna (MA & FL), Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Cigna (MA & FL), Harvard Pilgrim, Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Jersey, Meritain Health, Oscar Health (MA & FL), Oxford (MA & FL), Point 32 Healthcare, Tufts, and United Healthcare (MA & FL). At this time, I accept private pay at a rate of $150 per session.
Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. HIPAA
All sessions are provided via Doxy.me, a secure HIPPA compliant video platform. My practice is currently only virtual.
